I can not stand for long periods of time what do I do

    Hi Sara!

Before heading out for a day in an amusement park it is best to know your own limitations so those around you can assist you along the way.

If you are traveling with others I suggest you consider renting a Wheelchair. This will give you instant seating for when your legs just can't stand any more. You don't even have to sit in it all the time but can put your bags in the seat and push it yourself. Believe it or not sometimes pushing something makes it easier to walk and get around.

You can also rent an ECV at the Disney parks but unless you have some experience with them this can be dangerous.

Use Fastpasses when you can and that will help you avoid the long lines from standing. Plan breaks every so often and don't try to do it all in one visit. Book a dining reservation at one of the many good restaurants for at least one of the day's meals so you are forced to sit down and rest and relax.

Know your limitations and enjoy a magical day!
