    If I am not satisfied with the photos taken, is my photopass or photopass + refundable if I pre-order?

    Hi, Alison! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. 

    The PhotoPass PhotoCD and PhotoPass+ Pre-Arrival Offers actually have completely different return/refund policies attached to them. 

    According to the Terms and Conditions of Disney's PhotoPass Service:

    PhotoCD Pre-Arrival Package: "If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to fulfill your pre-arrival PhotoCD order just let us know within 90 days from the date of pre-purchase and we will remove the credit from your cart and grant you a full refund. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Disney PhotoPass products please contact us within 14 days from the date you received your product(s) for a refund."

    PhotoPass+ Pre-Arrival Package: "Your Disney PhotoPass Pre-Arrival Package is sold as ALL SALES FINAL and is NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND."

    You may want to keep these different refund policies in mind as you decide which PhotoPass product is right for you. My family has always been very pleased with our PhotoPass PhotoCD. We feel that we take full advantage of our PhotoCD because we make a point of seeking out the PhotoPass photographers in each theme park. We really enjoy getting photos in front of each park's icon as well as with our favorite Disney Characters, not to mention the special "Magic Shots".
