    Helene from NJ Asked

We are not FL. residents but Daughter &Son-in-law are. They will be vacationing with us at the Resort & will be purchasing their FL. resident Theme Park tickets when they arrive. How can we include them in our Fast Pass reservations?

    Hi again, Helene!

It's nice to hear from you! I'm happy to be able to help you once again with your Walt Disney World plans. In order to schedule FastPass+ reservations in advance, you must have valid tickets or ticket vouchers attached to your My Disney Experience account.

If your daughter and son-in-law wait until they arrive at Walt Disney World to purchase their tickets using the Florida resident discount, they won't be eligible to take advantage of FastPass+ until the day of arrival.

So here's what I recommend: They can go online anytime before your visit and purchase their Florida resident tickets or annual passes. They can link their online purchase to their My Disney Experience accounts and sync their FastPass+ reservations with yours.

Once they reach Walt Disney World, they will need to stop by a Guest Relations location or ticket window to show their Florida ID and activate the tickets, but that usually takes just a few minutes.

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel for more advice. (I hope you enjoyed the dining recommendations I gave you earlier this summer.) Please don't hesitate to let us know if we can help in any other way. Enjoy your next visit!
