    I have not received my magic bands. Is there a way to reorder them?

    Hi Latashia!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel. Before going to all the trouble to reorder your MagicBands, take a minute to call Walt Disney World and ask for an update on your order. They will be able to see exactly where in process your MagicBands are. If, at that point, there appears to be a problem, you can go ahead and ask the Cast Member on the line to reorder them for you. The number to call is (407)939-5377.
