We have not been to a Disney World Park in 10 years. Is the fast pass still the same. Our visit would only be for one day at the Magic Kingdom Thank you Tom

    Hi Tom!
Thanks for your question and for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First of all, YAY, for your return visit!! You are sure to find LOTS of new adventures at ALL 4 of the theme parks since your last visit to Walt Disney World! Especially Magic Kingdom!!
As for your question, the older FastPass system, where guests inserted their room key into a machine and received a FastPass "ticket", has been replaced by FastPass+!!
What is FastPass+?? Now, guests can PRE-select up to three (3) attractions of their choice for a given theme park and enjoy those attractions with little to no wait.
In addition, once you have used your third FastPass on a given day, you are free to make additional FastPass selections one at a time as long as there are still times available on that day.
Walt Disney World resort guests can book these FastPass+ selections up to 60 days before they arrive. If you are not staying at a participating hotel, you can book up to 30 days in advance. Booking can be done on My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website or the app.

I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip!! Welcome back!!
    Chris
