Not coming until next Thanksgiving but I'm already thinking touring plans(it helps make the time go faster). Which MK rides are better for nighttime-Fantasyland or Tommorowland? We'll do 1 in the am, then go back to AoA, and come back for the eve.

    Charlene:

That's a tough answer because the rides in both lands that are primarily outside can be enjoyed both in the daytime and at night.

I think the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Fantasyland provides a more immersive experience at night as the jewels sparkle in the tunnels more in the dark. Equally, the Tomorrowland Speedway and Astro Orbiter in Tomorrowland can be enjoyed as much at night as when the sun is up. I tend to notice the lights at the start of the "race" more at night and like how the track is lit at night, keeping my attention on the tracks rather than the scenery and beyond that surrounds me. Like the mine train, I get a kick out of seeing the Magic Kingdom lit up at night from the towering sights of Astro Orbiter, but you can enjoy it just as much during the day.

If it were me, I'd head to Fantasyland in the morning before many guests arrive, and you'll probably be able to tour most of it within 1.5 to 2 hours. Leave the Mine Train for the evening--and make sure you have a FastPass+ for it when you come back to Tomorrowland. You're within a 3-minute walk to the popular new ride, so you can ride it in the evening as well as the other attractions in the nearby Tomorrowland.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!
