Hi! I am not being able to link my tickets yo my account. Maybe because it's too early to do this or should I be able anyway. I am arriving on September 2019

    Hi Natalia,

I hope that you're having fun planning your September vacation to the most magical place on earth! Between Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, September is a great time to visit!

Even though your trip is still eight months away, all new and unused tickets should be able to be linked to your My Disney Experience account, so I'd be happy to help you try to fix this. If you purchased them directly from Disney, they should be showing up automagically, and if you purchased them somewhere else, you should be able to link them directly to your account by using either the Ticket ID or the Will Call Confirmation Number. You'll find multiple examples of tickets and where to find the correct number on the link page. If you try that and you're still not able to link the tickets, I wonder if they could already be assigned to another Guest? As long as they haven't been used before, they may still be transferred to the correct Mouseketeer, but unfortunately, if the tickets have been used (even if there are still days left), they may not be transferred. I hope that this helps, but if you're still having issues, I'd suggest calling a Cast Member who specializes in existing tickets. He or she will be happy to help you further!

And Hakuna Matata...no worries! You still have plenty of time. You'll just want to make sure that you can get your tickets added before your FastPass+ planning window opens, which is 60 days before your arrival if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel or 30 days ahead of time if you're staying elsewhere.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Natalia. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
