I have a nine-year old with multiple disabilities, including eating only via g-tube. Would we be charged for my daughter'character dinners even though she won't be eating?

    Hello, Heidi!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Over the years, I have seen first hand the efforts of accommodating families with special needs during Walt Disney World Resort vacations. Since some character dining experiences require payment at the time the reservation is made, I suggest that you call a Dining Reservation Specialist to make your reservations so that the specific policies for the restaurants you choose can be discussed. The Cast Member will be able to offer you assistance for your particular situation and make the necessary notations for your dining experiences. Keep in mind that you can begin making dining reservations 180 days before your vacation.

Thank you for your question, and I hope you create many magical memories with your family during your upcoming visit.

    Happy Planning!
