We are going on the 7-night Very Merrytime Bahamian Cruise out of Galveston on Dec 9. On the formal diner nights do we have to dress up and attend those dinners or can we eat casually and still remain with our rotating wait staff?

Welcome aboard, Scott! I just returned home from a sailing on the newly re-imagined Disney Wonder and had such fun exploring the new venues, restaurants, and enhanced entertainment that was just added to the ship! Disney Cruise Line's Rotational Dining is one of my family's favorite parts of sailing! We love that we get to rotate through all three restaurants while our same server team rotates with us, meeting us in a new spot each night. On Formal Night and Semi-Formal night, it's traditional to dress up in fancier outfits to enjoy the evening. Even Mickey and his friends are out in their formal best on those nights (or perhaps in their Christmas attire one of the nights too!), so it makes for great photos! Should you decide to forgo your regular dining rotation any night, and dine at the quick service spots by the pool, or at Cabanas, or even at the Adult Exclusive Palo (reservations required, and dress code enforced), you are welcome to do so. Your assigned dining service team will only serve you in the three main restaurants on your rotation, as they also serve a couple other tables near your own on the same rotations. But, there are excellent service teams in Palo, Cabanas, and at the pool quick service spots to help you too! There really are amazing dining spots on the Disney Wonder!

Did you know that Disney Cruise Line also offers 24-hour Complimentary Room Service? That's such a nice option when you want to relax in your stateroom or on your private verandah for any meal! Just remember to bring a few dollars cash, as it is traditional to tip the Cast Member who delivers your room service. Other than that, no cash needed onboard! I hope that information helps as you count down to sailing with Captain Mickey and his crew, Scott! Have a magical adventure at sea!
