Our next trip to DW is at the end of Sept. '12 and are thinking of booking the Fantasmic Dinner Package at one of the 3 restaurants listed so that we can get the reserved seating for the show. How is the reserved seating?

    Hi Sharon,

Fantasmic is a wonderful show, well worth seeing.

The benefit of the Fantasmic Dining Package is that you'll likely save a bit of time waiting in line. Guests with a Fantasmic Dining voucher are allowed to arrive at the theater 30 minutes in advance of the show to claim seats in a reserved area. Guests without the Package voucher are encouraged to be at the theater 60-90 minutes in advance, depending on the time of year. So overall, the package saves you 30-60 minutes of wait time.

Honestly, the reserved seating area is fine, but not outstanding. It's off to the side a bit, not front and center. You'll have a seat, but it's definitely not the best seat in the house.

I hope that helps you make your decision. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
