When the new on-line reservation system is up and running, will we still be able to make ADR's by phone? If so, are there any advantages to using the internet over the phone, or vice-versa? Thanks!

The Moms have not had a briefing on the new reservations system. We are just as eager as you to see what it will look like and how it will work. The last I heard was that the new reservation system might be up in December, but I have not seen confirmations of this.

We have not been told anything specifically, but I'm sure that guests will still be able to make reservations on the phone as well as online. There will always be guests who do not have Internet access or who have some sort of special need and Disney will want to accommodate those folks. Again, I'm just guessing here, I assume that guests who need some special attention, possibly those with food allergies, will be better off with the phone so that they can communicate their needs to a person. Also guessing, but it may be faster to make reservations online, because there won't be a situation where you're waiting on hold.

Keep checking back and we'll let you know as soon as we find out anything more specific.
