Marilee:
I'm not telling a Disney veteran like yourself anything new, but keep in mind that Disney World offers so much more than just the parks. Every trip can be unlike every previous one--with just a little planning. I can't do it justice in the limited space here, but have you considered:
* Staying at a different resort or level of resort (like deluxe instead of moderate)?
* Exploring venues like the
Wide World of Sports Complex or the
Richard Petty Driving Experience?
* Taking in a game of golf at one of the
four championship golf courses or
two miniature golf courses?
* Renting a boat from one of the marinas or sailing on a fireworks cruise?
Sometimes, just seeing the parks from a different angle freshens it up, like a behind-the-scenes tour. Last Spring, I took a tour of the flora at Epcot during the Flower & Garden Show--I was IN the park, but experiencing it on a whole new level. Another popular tour is the
Keys to the Kingdom tour.
Lastly, you may simply want to look at the option of a Disney Cruise where you can just add on a day or two in the parks on either side of your sailing.
