New to DVC first trip This Sun.(nov1) I am big planner & ODD obsessive Disney Disorder. My question is will a tou kill the magic?. I am going with friend this week, hubby & grands spring,,,the aug me & hubby for our 25th. BLT

Hi Denise....You don't have a disorder just a magic obsession like so many of us!  Disney brings so much happiness to all when they are vacationing there and its just fine to let go of reality for those few short days!

I am a firm believer of planning but certainly not to excess.  I suggest making daily plans as to what parks to head to so you can arrange getting advanced dining reservations accordingly.  I also suggest you be aware of the attractions in the parks that require fast passes and that might have longer lines so you can plan when and how to experience them without great wait times. But I don't feel it is necessary to plan each step of your stay.  Too many wonderful things can happen along the way that you need to stop and enjoy. It might be a character meet and greet opportunity, or a parade, or so many other things.  Try not to hop from one end of a park to the next as that is exhausting and not good use of your time.  Make a list of things you want to do and prioritize it but don't try to think you have to do it all. You will be running around and not experiencing the joy and pixie dust that is along the way!
