I need a walking plan for magic kingdom that's free. i think some people call them touring plans. I just want a list to follow around the park that tells me what is coming next. tks

    Marlene:

Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel!

I could sit here, get out my park map and reinvent the wheel or simply let you in on one of my favorite "touring plan" sites on the web at www.touringplans.com.  I found it shortly after I bought my first "Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World."  The writers of the book also manage the site.

On it, you'll find more touring plans than you can possibly imagine: plans for families with small children, families of teens, guests going solo, you name it!  They even have plans if you have one day to spend in the park, two days or just half a day!  My fellow Mom's Panelist Bernie actually spent a few days working with the guys who create the plans to test a few out.

Let me warn you, though, the plans were created to avoid crowded lines as much as possible, so you might find yourself walking from one end of the park to another. If you want to avoid this, try one of the Two Day plans that's more leisure.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
    Whitney

p.s. No, I don't get a commission from www.touringplans.com...In fact, I purchase my own book every year and my own subscription to their site--just in case you were wondering!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
