Need to tap your vast knowlede once again! Planning quite a few buffets next trip. Boma,CM,H&V,CP. As you walk around selecting your food, is there any info describing dishes or is it all hit or miss? Want to avoid super spicey! Thanks, you guys are gr

There are generally small signs posted next to each dish at Disney's buffet restaurants. These are usually just a one or two word name for the dish and not a full description. Think signs that say "Parmesan Mashed Potatoes," "Breakfast Pizza," or "Pork Loin." My personal experience is that none of the food at the buffets is particularly spicy. However, if you have concerns, there are always cast members at the buffets that you can ask for more information. There will be chefs and kitchen staff behind the buffet line. If you want to know more about a dish, they will be happy to describe anything in detail.

    Happy dining!
