Do you need to supply your own camping equipment for the camping sites or is it provided?

    Hello Rachel,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Staying at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is a great way to save money on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Guests staying at the Campsites enjoy the same perks as Guests staying in a Resort Hotel such as reserving FastPass+ for Attractions and Entertainment at sixty (60) prior to your stay and the opportunity to enjoy Extra Magic Hours, and the cost is significantly less than staying at a Resort Hotel.

At this time, tents are available for rent at $30 per night. In speaking with a Cast Member I was told that there is not a big inventory of tents so renting is based on availability. Water and electrical outlets are right nearby each Campsite and are disguised to look like tree stumps. There are several comfort stations spread throughout the Campgrounds, so showers and restrooms are never too far away. There is also a Camp Store that offers basic food and supplies. I suggest bringing your own tent and supplies in case you need something that is not available for purchase.

I hope this information helps. Please visit us again if you have any additional vacation planning questions!

    Magical Wishes,
    Susan
