    Mary from FL Asked

do I need to be staying in a resort to book fast passes and book dinner reservations in advance

    Hi Mary!

You do not need to be a Guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel to be able to make advance dining reservations or to make FastPass+ selections ahead of time.  Resort Guests do have an advantage of making FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance versus 30 days in advance for  Guests staying off property.  Dining reservations are open 180 days in advance regardless if you are staying on property or not.  I often take day trips and love being able to make plans in advance just for the day.

    Have a magical day!
