    Jessica from VA Asked

We will need to purchase a memory maker, activate our military tickets and see about a DAS pass. It is possible to do all of these things at the Epcot International Gateway guest services the day before we enter the parks?

    Hi Jessica,
I'm so glad you stopped by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  First off, from my military family to yours, thank you so much for your service.

You'll be happy to know that you can indeed purchase Memory Maker (I hope you're taking advantage of the special military rate for this fantastic service), activate your Disney Military Promotional Tickets and include Disability Access Service for your party all at the Guest Relations window at Epcot's International Gateway.

Jessica, did you know that you can take your military exchange passes, enter the code on the back of the pass into My Disney Experience, and use your tickets to make FastPass+ selections prior to your arrival for your vacation?  Linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account is quick and easy.  Once your tickets are in My Disney Experience, you can make your FastPass+ selections for 30 days prior to your visit if you are not staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and at 60 days prior to your visit for the duration of your stay if you are staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

Jessica, wishing you and yours a magical vacation! Please come back and see us if you have any additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
