Do I need a magic band for my 2 year old?

Hi Heather! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I bet you are filled with excitement for your trip in just a couple of weeks! You are going to have the best time exploring the Walt Disney World Resort with your sweet little one!

As a mom of two young kiddos myself, I can tell you that your 2-year old does not need a MagicBand. Guests 2-years and under are considered Guests of Mickey and do not need theme park admission. You can simply let the Cast Members know when you enter the theme parks that your child is 2-years old. When it comes to FastPass+, as long as the attraction does not have a certain height requirement, your little one will be able to accompany you in the FastPass+ line and on the ride.

Be sure to watch the awe and wonder on your child's face as you experience the magic found at the Walt Disney World Resort! It really is a special time that you will treasure forever. Enjoy your trip!
