I need help booking my first vacation to Disney, I have never been. I really don't know where to start.

    Hey Jessica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your great question about visiting Walt Disney World Resort for the first time! The moms and dads of the Disney Parks Moms Panel love helping first-timers make the most out of their magical vacations. Planning your first vacation should never be overwhelming or difficult.

I encourage you to start your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning by taking a look at the “Planning Your First Trip to Walt Disney World Resort” in-depth guide. This handy guide helps you better understand the Walt Disney World Resort, its theme parks, Disney Resort hotels, and Resort magic. It is recommended to start planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation 6 months in advance.

Once you’ve taken a look at the First Trip guide, you should browse the Walt Disney World Resort Magic Your Way vacation packages. Next, use the My Disney Vacation planning tool in your My Disney Experience account to create an itinerary of what you consider to be your “must-see” attractions and entertainment options.

Lastly, if you see any dining, special event dining, or recreational entertainment that you know you would like to experience you can begin to reserve most of them 180 days in advance of your planned date of arrival. Check out the Walt Disney World Resort dining page in order to learn more and make reservations!

Jessica, we would love to answer more of your questions. Please visit us again so that we may sprinkle your first vacation with extra Pixie Dust!

    Wishing you Endless Magic,
