Need some guidance on choosing FastPasses. What attractions should we all attend? What areas have attractions close to one another for 20 mos., 3 & 4 yos while other kids & adults have more of a "thrill"?

    Hi Gail,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for your great question. With a decent age gap between my kiddos, I definitely have a little experience in planning our FastPass+ selections to make everyone happy. My oldest has always been up for a thrill, while my younger two were either too small or not quite ready to take on the biggest experiences. Here are my favorite close attractions to spread the fun out.

I'm not sure which park(s) you plan on visiting, but I'm assuming Magic Kingdom Park is definitely on the list, so I'll start there. Space Mountain has always been one of my favorites, so I usually take our oldest on it, but just across the way, the little ones (and adults) will have fun on Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Who can resist a trip on Splash Mountain? Not too far away, you can take the little ones on a spin around The Magic Carpets of Aladdin or I recommend saving those FastPass+ selections and allowing the little ones to climb, play and expel some energy at the cute play area right below the entrance to Splash Mountain. Bathrooms are also located nearby for any needed potty breaks. There are a couple of attractions that we always ride together as a family: Pirates of the Caribbean (I suggest using the FastPass+ Service) and "it's a small world." You probably won't need FastPass+ Service for the later, and some may roll their eyes, but it's become a family tradition and one we laugh about and enjoy every visit!

I hope this has given you a place to start and if you'd like me to share ideas about the other parks, as well, please let me know. Planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation can seem a little overwhelming, but we are here to help make sure the planning is half the fun!
