If you need extra luggage tags for check baggages for the Disney Magical Express, How to order these in enough time before you leave?

Hello Derrick, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

I cannot think of a more magical way to begin a vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort than to be whisked away in a luxurious motor coach on Disney’s Magical Express®. If you have not made your reservations yet, you can make them online or by calling Disney’s Magical Express at (407) 939-1936, as soon as you have your flight information.

Once you make your reservations, you should receive your travel information approximately 2 to 3 weeks before your check-in date. You will also receive one yellow luggage tag per person on your reservation. You will place these tags on your luggage prior to checking your bags at your point of departure. When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you can proceed to Disney’s Magical Express Welcome Center, located on the Ground Transportation Level 1, Side B. If you have more checked bags than you had yellow luggage tags, Hakuna Matata! When you check-in to board your motorcoach, have all of your bag claim tickets available for the Cast Member and they will make sure all of your luggage gets picked up and delivered to your Resort Hotel. In my family, I am the queen of overpacking and always have an extra suitcase, but Magical Express manages to collect them all for me. Don’t forget to pack your MagicBands in your carry-on luggage. You will need them to check-in with the Cast Member at the Welcome Center and to unlock the door to your Resort Hotel room when you arrive.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
