Do I need a carseat from the airport to Disney hotel?

Hi there Christine and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am assuming that you are traveling on Disney’s Magical Express® from Orlando International Airport. On board the motorcoach, there are no seatbelts to secure a car seat. Babies can be held in your arms or ride in your lap. Toddlers can also ride in their own seat. If your airline requires your child to travel in a car seat, the driver can assist you with storing it under the bus while you travel to your Resort Hotel. Once you arrive at your destination, the driver will retrieve it for you. While it is not required, I always give my driver a tip if I require his assistance with baggage or help with storing other items while traveling onboard Disney’s Magical Express.

If you are traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort by any other means of transit from the airport, your child may be required to travel in a car seat. I hope that answers your question. If you have more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
