Do I need to call the magical express to give them my arrival flight information? I made the reservation for the magical express when I booked our vacation but I did not have the flight information yet. I have already received my luggage tags.

Hello Melinda, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that your magical vacation is just a week away. I love using Disney’s Magical Express® Service from Orlando International Airport to my Disney Resort Hotel. If you already received your “yellow” luggage tags from Magical Express, they may have some information from you already. I would recommend giving them a call to double check and make sure they have the correct information and update any missing information for everyone in your travel party. You can contact Disney’s Magical Express® at (407) 939-1936. Remember to give them your flight information for your return trip home too.

The day before your return flight home, you will receive a transportation notice on your door advising you of your pick up time to go back to Orlando International Airport, usually 3 hours before your scheduled flight. If you are flying an airline that participates in Resort Airline Check-In, you can check your bags ahead of time and just board the motorcoach at your designated time. Otherwise, you will need to bring your luggage with you to the motorcoach, and the driver can assist you with loading and unloading. You will also give your driver the transportation notice when you board the motorcoach.

Don’t forget to pack your MagicBands in your carry-on luggage when you are on arrival. You will need them to check-in at the Magical Express Welcome Center and unlock the door to your resort hotel room. Have a wonderful trip!

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
