Do I need to bring a car seat for an infant for the magical express fro the airport and also resort transportation?

    Hi Kathleen!

It sounds like you are getting ready for a trip to Walt Disney World Resort with your little one and I'm happy to help you get ready for your vacation! I brought both of my boys to visit Mickey for the first time when they were just little Mouseketeers and we had such incredible trips visiting the "Most Magical Place on Earth" with them. Be sure to take advantage of the Baby Care Centers during your trip because they are the perfect spots to take care of all of your little one's needs during your theme park visits.

Disney's Magical Express and complimentary resort transportation will make your vacation travel so easy! Car seats are not recommended on either Disney's Magical Express buses or the complimentary resort transportation buses as you won't always find seat belts on the buses that will allow infant seats or car seats to be safely secured in the bus. So your little one will ride on your lap or they can sit in their own seat next to you if they are big enough.

For our Walt Disney World Resort vacations, I don't bring car seats for my little ones. When they were very little, I would bring an infant seat with us to use as an attachment to their stroller, but once they were big enough to ride directly in a stroller, I didn't need it anymore. If you would like to bring a car seat with you for your little one to use on the airplane, your car seat can ride under your Disney's Magical Express bus to your Disney Resort hotel!

Let us know if we can help you again as you continue planning your magical family vacation. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
