Hi MOM's. Need big help. Planning trip next month to WDW. Want a great view of Cresant Lake. Should I get BW, YC, or BC? We always stay at WL but want to try something new. I like the fact that I can get to EPCOT. I might want same resort for food & wi

    Hi Raymond!

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World!

The Disney Resorts located along Crescent Lake, adjacent to EPCOT, are all within walking distance to EPCOT, and you can also walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios within 20 minutes from Disney's Boardwalk Resort.

We have stayed at all three of these Resorts, and they each have a distinct theme.  The Boardwalk offers a casual, "Atlantic City Boardwalk"-type vibe, with several restaurants and shops along the actual Boardwalk.  The views facing Crescent Lake are lovely, overlooking the lake and the beautiful Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.

However, my family much prefers the amazing swimming pool, Stormalong Bay, at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts!  And, we love the food at Beaches & Cream - the "Kitchen Sink", which is an amazing ice cream sundae served in an actual "sink", is a "must do" - but make sure you take along plenty of friends to share!

The Yacht Club is a little more "formal" in atmosphere, whereas the Beach Club offers a true "beach house" vibe.  The Beach Club is a little bit closer in walking distance to EPCOT, if that matters to you.

I hope this information is helpful as you are making your decision.  Whichever one you choose, you can't go wrong!  Have a wonderful time!
