    Sara Asked

I need advice about MVMCP on 11/9. We are going w/ our 2.5 yr son. Any hotel suggestions? Should we eat a big lunch early at T-REX and do QS at party (not going to any park until party) or hang out at hotel and swim and eat dinner at Crystal Palace at 5pm?

Sara, be prepared for snow on Main Street, U.S.A., characters decked out in holiday finery, a special Christmas parade and fireworks, and hot chocolate and cookies galore during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.

Go for a big lunch at the T-REX Cafe. This restaurant will amaze your little prince and entertain the whole family. After your meal, head back to your hotel for a nap so you son will be ready to hit the Magic Kingdom and perhaps stay up later than usual to enjoy the festive holiday atmosphere of the party. If your child would be uncomfortable in a dark restaurant full of dinosaur roars or if he adores Winnie-the-Pooh and Tigger, then the Crystal Palace for an early buffet supper would be your best choice.

An excellent pick for a resort would be Disney's Port Orleans Resort- French Quarter. The smallest of the moderate resorts, this spot has a turquoise blue sea serpent water slide and a central location. The landscaping and architecture will make you feel as though you are relaxing at a lovely Louisiana mansion. You would never guess the world's busiest theme park is just minutes down the road.

What are you looking for in a resort? Fun theming? Luxury and convenience? Budget friendly? If you contact me again and tell me your wants I can suggest other resorts that might fit your exact needs better. I would love to help your family find the perfect place to stay.
