Hi, my name is Willy and i am planning to take my 10 year old son for the first time to Disney and i am really hoping to make the most memorable experience for him. I was wondering when is the best time of the year to plan this trip?

    Hello Guillermo!

Your questions is both delightful and challenging. I find something great about visiting during each season of the year. Spring brings the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival along with nearly perfect weather. During summer, the hours of the parks are extended, and the pools and water parks are most inviting. As for sutumn, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party often coincides with the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. However, for me, my very favorite time to visit is during the first half of December. The Resort Hotels and Parks are all dressed up in their holiday finery, and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is in full swing.

In reality, any time is a great time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Once you decide, bring all of your planning questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!
