hi, my name is jacky. i want to get photopass but i dont know if two days worth of pictures will be worth it. i heard about the photopass one day option for 69.99 a day, is it possible to buy it beforehand with a discount like the original memory maker?

Hi Jacky and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing us your question about Disney’s PhotoPass and Memory Maker services!

Isn’t it just so nice to leave the picture taking to the professionals? With Disney’s PhotoPass service you’re doing just that! The photographers help us capture all our favorite memories with the characters and know all the special spots for pictures all around the Walt Disney World Resort!

Memory Maker includes unlimited downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos and discounts on prints of those photos. The best part of the service is that it keeps them all in one place, right in your My Disney Experience account!

You’re right about being able to purchase Memory Maker in advance for a discounted price. Right now, Memory Maker will be $30 less if you purchase the service three days before your vacation.

You can also purchase one-day of the Memory Maker service, right from your smartphone. That option can only be purchased the day of, at the price of $69.99 and is subject to change.

Here’s how it works, as soon as the Disney PhotoPass photographer snaps the first picture and scans your MagicBand or ticket, you will be given the options to purchase the photo you just took or purchase the Memory Maker service for the day. You pay the flat day fee and can enjoy your downloads for 45 days after your trip!
Jacky, now that's something to smile about!

Hope this information is helpful to you! Have a magical visit!
