    Emma from CA Asked

Hi my name is Emma! If you do not have a drivers license, could you use your passport to prove your residency? Thank you!

    Greetings, Emma!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are so lucky to live in California having the Happiest Place on Earth in your backyard!

Disneyland Resort offers some wonderful perks for Southern California Residents. The most popular of these is the Southern California Select Annual Passport allowing you a magical year in the parks. Currently there is also a fantastic offer on a 3-Day Park Ticket for Southern California Residents through May 23, 2019. To take advantage of these great offers, you must provide proof of residency with a valid, government-issued state ID or driver's license. Although a U.S. Passport is a valid form of identification, since it does not have your address printed on it, it is not acceptable to show residency for these offers. If you apply for an ID through the California Department of Motor Vehicles and are issued a temporary ID in the process, this can also be used to verify residency. I hope this helps!

Even if you visit the parks often, there is always so much more to experience. I love that treats and food items are seasonally changing, and I never seem to be able to try everything I want making me want to keep returning for more. In a few short weeks, we will also get to experience the unbelievable grand opening of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge featuring immersive experiences unlike anything at the Disneyland Resort.

I can't wait for you to make magical memories at the Disneyland Resort, and please feel free to return if you have any other questions!
