Hello Mums, could you please tell us if it is better to book a Spa Day before you go sailing, or wait to see if there are any specials going on that day.  Going on the Magic in May 2014.  Thank you

Hi Deborah - Welcome to the Moms Panel, thanks for stopping by!

This is a tough question, because I'm such a planner! I like to know exactly what we'll be doing each day of our vacation, and usually schedule most of our activities in advance. That being said, on our last cruise, I did end up taking advantage of one of the spa specials offered during our sailing, and it was wonderful!

My advice to you would be to go ahead and schedule any Spa Treatments that you have your heart set on, because there's no guarantee they'll run a special on a particular treatment. You'll also want to make sure you have a time slot that works for you. Once onboard, you can always make adjustments to your schedule if they offer a special you want to take advantage of! Remember, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, 24 hours notice is required.

On your first afternoon, I encourage you to visit Senses Spa and Salon and have a look around. They usually have a Spa Raffle on the first day, where you can win awesome Spa Services to enjoy during your cruise. Check your Personal Navigator (daily schedule) for time/location.

I hope you have a wonderful time aboard the re-imagined Disney Magic! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
