Hi moms, my mum usually gets a DAS card for her bowel condition. On my disney experience it has a section for 'disability access return times' am i right in thinking this will now be done electronically via magic bands?

    Welcome back, Lizzie!

You are absolutely correct! The Disability Access Service (DAS) is now electronically associated with theme park media (MagicBands or admission cards). You no longer have to worry about dropping the paper card while spinning like mad in a teacup!

Just like before, any member of the party can go to an attraction to obtain a return time. However, a Cast Member will now scan the media to secure a return time, which should automatically be visible in your My Disney Experience mobile app. When it is time to ride the attraction, the DAS recipient will lead your party to the FastPass+ entrance and be the first to touch their media to the Mickey touch point. After verifying the DAS, the Cast Member will allow your party to use the touch points and enter the queue.

I hope this helps to answer your question! Please let us know if you have additional questions about the electronic DAS process. We are hEAR to help!
