Hi, Bennett!
I'm so glad you came to visit me here on the Disney Moms Panel! I am happy to help you with your plans to visit Walt Disney World.
As far as discount tickets to the parks, I definitely encourage my friends and family to purchase tickets prior to arrival. You can check the
WDW site for possible deals and discounts as well as third-party planning sites such as mousesavers.com and undercovertourist.com. We usually get our tickets or packages through AAA of Alabama and save about 10% off the prices at WDW.
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with the Bahama Resort -- which is probably off-property. I usually stay at one of the WDW resorts to take advantage of services such as Disney's Magical Express from the airport, Extra Magic Hours at the parks and the Disney Dining Plan.
Prices for park tickets for adults or children with disabilities is determined by their ages. However, you will want to visit Guest Services at the entrance to any of the four theme parks, two water parks or Downtown Disney in order to obtain a Guest Assistance Card. In addition, you can be better prepared to visit the parks by visiting the
Guests with Disabilities Page on the WDW site or by calling (407) 824-4321. I hope that helps you plan.
Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
Andi
