We are moving to Orlando Monday 9/22/17 and want to go purchase our annual passes Tuesday. Where can we go to physically buy the passes and get the Magic Bands? We're ready to get started!

    Hi Brian ~

I'm so excited to hear that you are moving to Orlando and super close to the Walt Disney World Resort! Being an Annual Passholder will make it easy to visit your pal Mickey every day!

Guests can purchase Annual Passes online and download a certificate. Once you receive your pass certificate, you must exchange it for a valid pass prior to first use at any Walt Disney World theme park or water park ticket window, or any Guest Relations location. You will need to show a valid photo ID to pick up your Annual Pass.

You can also purchase Annual Passes in person at any theme park or water park ticket window or any Guest Relations location including the location at Disney Springs in the Welcome Center at Town Center.

Florida residents can purchase Florida Resident Annual Passes which are less expensive. In order to qualify for a Florida Resident Annual Pass, you will have to provide proof of Florida residency. If you are using a credit card to purchase a Florida Resident Annual Pass online, the billing zip code must be a Florida zip code.

Once you have purchased your Annual Pass and linked it to your My Disney Experience account, you can go online to customize your complimentary MagicBand and request that it be shipped to you. If you don't want to wait for that, MagicBands are available for purchase at many merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. You can also purchase MagicBands online at the Disney Store or on the Shop Disney Parks app.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
