Morning Ladies :D My husband and I recently adopted two sisters (5yo and 4yo) and we are bringing them to Disney in April, This is a surprise, We have dining plan BUT any and all advice welcome I haven't been to WDW since 1976 when I was 2 lol

    Hi Judith,

Congratulations on your two new blessings! I'm sure those princesses will bring so much pixie dusted magic to your home.

I know you're excited and a little overwhelmed about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. Here's my first tip: be prepared to enjoy the moment! I think most of us get caught up in wanting to do it all when we visit, but some of the best memories are made when we just go with the magic of the Resort. With your first Disney vacation, it's going to be about the memories so feel free to stop and watch a parade, hop on a ride or just sit on a bench and take it all in.

If you'd like some help with making a plan of what to do and what to see, I suggest using your MyMagic+ service to your advantage. Make FastPass+ selections for popular attractions and shows, like Toy Story Midway Mania in Hollywood Studios and Enchanted Tales with Belle in Magic Kingdom. Then you can explore the park during the times before and after. I also like to plan our meals ahead of our trip, which you'll be able to do since you have the Disney Dining Plan. Be sure to book as soon as you can for any restaurants you may want to experience, since reservations fill up quickly.

Since you're bringing two princesses with you, expect to spend lots of time in Magic Kingdom. Once they see Cinderella Castle, they will immediately fall in love with that park. They'll want to meet Disney Princesses, explore New FantasyLand and eat tons of popcorn and dole whip. They'll also really enjoy Disney's Hollywood Studios. Give them some play time at the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure. It's one of my kids' favorite place in the park.

Judith, there's so much more I could tell you but i'm out of space! Please come back and ask us any other questions you may have about your visit.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
