Morning! My family will be arriving by plane to Disney resort in February at 9:00am but our check in is not till 3:00pm. What services will be available to us (3 toddlers, Mommy & Daddy, and one Grandmother). Such as baggage holds and/or swimming?

Hello, Amy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for sending over such a great question!

I always book early morning flights so I am well acquainted with the process of arriving to my Disney Resort hotel early. I am happy to report that Walt Disney World Resort makes early arrivals as painless as possible! Personally, regardless of how sleep deprived I may be, I am tremendously excited about visiting as many attractions as possible as soon as I arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. That’s why I make a quick stop by Bell Services, one of the many Guest Services available to Guests, once I arrive at my Disney Resort hotel. Bell Services will actually permit you to store your luggage with them prior to your official check-in time. This allows you to experience which ever attractions you would like without having to worry about where your luggage might be! Once your Disney Resort hotel room is ready, simply stop by Bell Services and pick up your items or have them delivered directly to your room.

While you are waiting for your room, you are welcome to utilize any of the amenities available at your Disney Resort hotel! Some suggestions that your little ones may enjoy include swimming in the resort pool or playing at the resort playground. Be sure to keep a change of clothes on hand just in case you decide to go swimming! Once the kids have had a chance to get some energy out, everyone can make their way over to the quick-service dining location at your Disney Resort hotel and enjoy a tasty meal!

Hopefully this has provided you with some options for enjoying your Disney Resort hotel on your arrival day!
