Is the monorail the best option to travel from the Magic Kingdom to Grand Floridian for a 4pm reservation dinner at 1900 Park Fare? is this one stop only or I have to do all the loop?

    Hi Victor!

1900 Park Fare is a fun character dinner at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. You have two options to travel from Magic Kingdom to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for your dinner using complimentary resort transportation. You can take the Resort Monorail from Magic Kingdom. If you take the monorail, you will need to ride it all the way around the loop as Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be the fourth stop. You could also choose to take a short boat ride from Magic Kingdom. For the boat, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the first stop when leaving from Magic Kingdom.

I have found both of these options to take on average about the same amount of time. While boat transportation will allow you a more direct route, you will generally have to wait much longer for a boat to arrive. The monorail will require you to ride the entire loop, but monorails arrive very frequently and you will only be waiting just a few minutes to catch one. I checked the My Disney Experience Mobile App to see their recommend route and the two options only differed by one minute on their travel time. So I recommend selecting your travel method based on your preference. If I am traveling with a stroller, I prefer the monorail since I don't have to collapse it when boarding. However, if my kids are really interested in taking a boat ride, we will wait for the boat.

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
