Hello moms, We're taking our 2 year old and 8 mth old children to Disneyworld and we're staying at the All Star Music Resort. Could you recommend the best area (ie. Jazz, Rock etc) for naps and being close the food courts? Thanks, Karen

    Hi Karen,

I would definitely suggest paying that little bit extra for a "preferred room" and stay in the Calypso Building.  I just stayed there for just over 2 weeks and loved the closeness to the main pool (where they have children's activities for most of the day, every day), the food court which is located in the main building and the area just out front of the main building where you get your bus transportation.  When you have smaller children, I really think that being so close to everything makes your whole vacation stress free and perfect.  I do suggest that you request a room out towards the parking lot and away from the middle section of the building though.  It can get quite noisy from guests enjoying the pool if you happen to be facing it and the middle section of the building is where they have the housekeeping headquarters, ice and vending machines as well as elevators.  From past experiences this area can be quite noisy as well when you have children who need their midday naps.  I hope you have a lovely and magical stay at one of my favorite "Value" Resorts.

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
