Hi there moms! We're gearing up for our April 2016 trip to Caribbean Beach and I can't remember if you allow inflatables in to the pools? My son is loving his rubber ring and I don't know if it should go on our packing list... Thanks

    Hello Mark!

Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a perfect choice for your spring vacation!  As if the tropical island setting, white sand beaches and sounds of steel drums weren't enough, there are (count them!) a total of 9 pools to enjoy at the Resort.  Most of the action is at the main Fuentes del Morro Pool, which features 2 waterslides, a zero-depth entry, spray water cannons and a shipwreck-themed play area for little swashbucklers.  Nearby are 2 small spa pools, plus 6 quiet pools (one in each village).

There are no rules against personal flotation devices in the pools, so you are welcome to bring an inflatable ring, life jacket and/or water wings for your son from home.  You can also find a small selection of flotation devices and pool toys available for sale in the Resort gift shops, or children's life jackets are available to borrow at no charge from many of the pool areas.  Life jackets (but not other personal flotation devices) are allowed on the slides.  Just keep in mind that larger flotation devices (such as rafts) are generally prohibited, since they could get in the way of other Guests or restrict the lifeguard's view.

I hope this is helpful, Mark.  Please write back to us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any other questions as you continue to plan!

    Magical wishes,

    Beth
