hi moms.i was wondering if you have to pay for the park to eat at mickys backyard bbq?we have delux dining plan and dont want to make reservations yet becuase not sure where we will be and what day, should this be ok?going to make them day we plan to visit.

Hi, Angela! You do not need a park ticket to enjoy Mickey's Backyard BBQ.  It is found at Fort Wilderness Campground.  If you are not wanting to make your dining reservations in advance, you will need to realize that you may have to eat at very off-times (very early or very late for the normal meal time)  and at some of the less-popular restaurants.  As soon as you decide where you are going each day, you need to call Disney Dining and try to make your reservations.  The later you wait in the day, the harder it will be to get a reservation.  There is one good thing for you to know in case there are no reservations available for you. There's one exchange that can be made with your Disney Dining Plan. You may redeem one Table-service entitlement for one Quick-service meal.  The opposite is NOT true.   Entitlements don't covert any other way. Using a Table-service credit for a Quick-service meal is not the best financial choice because the Table-service credits are worth more, but it is a good option for those not wanting to be tied down to Advance Dining Reservations everyday.  You can make this exchange as many times as necessary to fit your needs.  Simply let the Cast Member taking your order know that you wish to redeem Table-service credits for your Quick-service meal.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
