My mom and I are taking my 2-1/2 year old daughter to WDW the end of Feb for a day. Her favorite characters are Ariel and Rapunzel. Is there any activities that we need to do to ensure she gets to meet them at the very least? What else is a must do/see?

    Hi Kimberly,

What a great "Girls Day Out" you have planned!

For your special day I would suggest making it at the Magic Kingdom. You will be able to meet Ariel in her Grotto amongst her whoozits and whatzits as well as meet Rapunzel at Princess Fairytale Hall for the BEST DAY EVER

I would suggest making FastPass+ selections for these two activities since they are most important for you. If you are staying at a Disney resort hotel you will be able to preselect your passes prior to your arrival. If not, no worries -  once you are in the Magic Kingdom select these two attractions as your FastPass+.  If a FastPass+ isn't available for you at the time you would like, you can still go to the attraction and enter the standby queue. In fact I have done the standby queue for both of these meet and greets and had a wonderful time.

Each child is drawn to a different part of the MAGIC at Walt Disney World and therefore will have their own favorites. Based on what my little ones have liked at that age I would suggest checking out some of the following attractions:

    • Enchanted Tales with Belle
    • Peter Pan's Flight
    • Dumbo the Flying Elephant
    • The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
    • Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid
    • Mickey's Philharmagic
    • Mad Tea Party
    • Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
    • Casey Jr. Splash & Soak Station

    Have a MAGICAL trip!
