    Danica Asked

Hello, my mom is taking my sister and I on a great vacation to wdw in September. I know she works really hard to make all our visits prefect and I wanted to do something really special for her. Do you have any idea's?

    Hi Danica!

How sweet of you to want to do something special for your Mom during your next Walt Disney World vacation! I can think of several things you might consider as a way of saying "Thanks for all of the wonderful memories mom!"

Consider treating mom to some pampering at one of the Walt Disney World Spas. My top pick would be Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. It's close to Magic Kingdom, so it would be an easy 'surprise' to sneak into the beginning or end of a day spent in the park. There are many different treatments and indulgences to choose from at each of the spas around the property.

If mom isn't a 'spa gal' then you might consider a personal keepsake she'll treasure forever. I love some of the beautiful gifts available through Disney Floral & Gifts. My absolute favourite is the "A Magical Wish - Fulfill A Dream" set. Take a browse of the website to see the many options available to suit any occasion and any budget. The best part is, you can arrange delivery of these special items to a dining location or even your resort room!

As a final suggestion, why not arrange for a special viewing of Wishes together? The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is a memorable way to enjoy the magic of Walt Disney World together from the comfort of a reserved area while enjoying delectable sweets and treats.

I hope these ideas appeal to you Danica. If you'd like more recommendations, please don't hesitate to write me back. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
