My mom love go to Disneyland and she been since 20 years so what can I celebrate for my mom at Disneyland so she can have fun time together as a family

Hello, Jennifer! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so excited that you are bringing your mom back to the Disneyland Resort after a 20-year hiatus! There are so many new things that your mom will get to explore along with all the classic attractions that she will remember from her last visit. The first thing that will be new to your mom is the addition of Disney California Adventure Park! This park is just across the way from Disneyland Park and features incredible themed lands like Cars Land, amazing dining options, and the nighttime spectacular World of Color. You might consider booking a dining reservation at one of the restaurants in Disney California Adventure Park as a special celebratory meal. Carthay Circle Restaurant is the crown jewel of this park and offers fine dining in a truly beautiful setting.

In Disneyland Park, your mom can relive the memories of riding attractions like “it’s a small world,” Pirates of the Caribbean, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and so many more. The whole family will also enjoy meeting characters like Mickey and Minnie in their houses in Mickey’s Toontown. You might also ask your mom what meals or treats she remembers from her last visit and make a point to eat some of those goodies again. Carnation Café and the Plaza Inn are still cooking up some favorite meals of days gone by and of course a churro, popcorn, or a Mickey pretzel is always close by.

Finally, consider purchasing a PhotoPass+ product or Disney MaxPass so you can have unlimited downloads of all your PhotoPass photos taken throughout your trip. This visit will definitely be full of lifelong memories. I hope you have a magnificent time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
