We (mom, dad, 4 y.o, 2 y.o.) will be in WDW from Wednesday Afternoon to Saturday Afternoon. Is it reasonable to expect we can fully experience all 4 parks (MK, Epcot, Disney Studios and the Animal Kingdom) in that time?

You will be able to experience all four parks, just don't go into it expecting to see and do everything.  Here is my recommendation:

Once you get settled in on Wednesday, visit Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Because your children are so young one of your first stops should be at the Playhouse Disney attraction.  The Voyage of the Little Mermaid is also a great choice that features brightly-colored puppets, familiar songs and bubbles.  You'll have to be the judge as to whether or not your 2-year-old will be able to endure the 17 minute show.  Mom and Dad may enjoy some of Disney's greatest thrill rides at this park, if so the baby swap option will come in handy!

Spend Thursday at the Magic Kingdom.  Your kids will adore Fantasyland.  For me, a visit to the Magic Kingdom would not be complete without stopping by Liberty Square and Adventureland.  Something about the theming in these parts of the park epitomize my Disney experience.

For Friday: Epcot.  The Turtle Talk with Crush attraction is popular with preschoolers; be sure to stop by early because it can get crowded.  The Living with the Land boat ride is close by and offers a cool and calm narrated cruise through some really interesting greenhouse stuff (pardon the technical term, I'm not  agriculturally inclined).  In the same building you'll find a Nestle display where kids can bake a batch of fresh chocolate chip cookies.

Save the Animal Kingdom for last.  Top picks for kids include the Boneyard (interactive playground) and the Nemo musical (very cool).

To get a real taste for each park, spend some time meandering the pathways, maybe with a snack on hand.  You'll come across lots of great little surprises and entertainment along the way.  Like I said, don't plan to do it all.  Because your timeframe is so short, you have a great excuse to go back again!  Have fun!
