What moderate resort has the best dining options in the table and quick service?

For the most part, Michelle, all of the moderate resorts offer very similar selections of counter service fare in the food courts.  The two notable exceptions are the Fort Wilderness cabins and Coronado Springs.  Fort Wilderness doesn't actually offer a food court while Coronado Springs offers a quick service food court unlike any other.  Guests of that resort experience a cross between a food court and table service in that they are escorted to a table and gratuity is charged.  During the meal, guests walk from station to station and order whatever they want; the bill is paid on the way out at the end.  As for table service choices, most moderate resorts offer straightforward restaurants with minimal theming, with the exception of Port Orleans French Quarter; French Quarter doesn't offer a table service option.  The more imaginative dining locations can be found in Disney's parks and deluxe resorts.  If I had to give one resort an edge over the others, my pick would probably be the Fort Wilderness cabins because while there isn't a food court onsite, guests there do have quick and convenient travel options to deluxe resorts where great dining options exist.
