We will be at MK 10/22 and 10/25, do we have to buy Not So Scary tickets to see the fireworks? If yes, what other nights that week are there fireworks? Thanks

Lisa, the countdown to see Mickey is on! In less than two months you will be a able to grab a hug from the big cheese himself.

Since the Magic Kingdom fireworks blast and burst during the hours of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you will need to have a party ticket if you wish to see Happy HalloWishes from inside the park. Consider watching the this nighttime sky spectacular from the beach at Disney's Polynesian Resort or the fourth floor observation deck at Disney's Contemporary Resort if you don't want to take part in MNSSHP.

However, you should absolutely consider attending the Halloween bash. The park in the dark filled with costumed guests and characters is a spooktacular treat. The more popular attractions are open and extra lively events such as the Headless Horseman led parade, trick or treating, and special character meet and greets are found throughout the theme park. You may choose to attend the party in lieu of or in addition to a day in the Magic Kingdom.

Fireworks are a nightly event in the Magic Kingdom the week of your visit. MNSSHP will be held of October 20, 22, 24 and 25. On October 21, 23, and 26 catch Wishes at 9:00 pm.
