Hi Missy, I am curious about the new DAS at Walt Disney World. Once you return to the designated attraction, which entrance do you head to, the stand by queue or the FastPass queue? Also, is there a handicapped entrance? Thank you so much

    Hello, Jacqueline!

Thank you for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel! Walt Disney World Resort makes every effort to make the theme parks as accessible as possible for all Guests.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) Card is designed for Guests who are unable to wait in a regular queue. The DAS Card provides Guests with a return time to visit an attraction. In my experience, we have been directed to return to the FastPass queue to gain access to the attraction.

Most attraction queues are wheelchair or electronic convenience vehicle (ECV) friendly. If needed, Cast Members will direct Guests to an alternate entrance. There are some attractions where Guests must be able to transfer, while other attractions allow them to remain in their wheelchair/ECV during the experience.

Please let me know if you have further questions. I will be happy to help you!

    Have a magical day!
