    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for a great question about the Disability Access Service (DAS) Card! On our last visit, I lost our son’s DAS Card! After a quick visit to Guest Relations, I was relieved to learn that a Cast Member could retrieve my son’s information and issue a replacement card. The whole process took less than five minutes!

    I suggest taking a picture of the DAS Card, especially the QR Code. I was so glad I did that on our first day. The Cast Member was able to enlarge the photo on my phone, scan the QR Code and quickly access the information right on his iPad. Since our son’s picture was on the DAS Card, the Cast Member confirmed it was our son.  He also confirmed our dates of stay and how many members were in our party. The replacement DAS Card was printed, and we were on our way!
