    Briana from NJ Asked

Is the Minnie's glam party still taking place ? I read about it on here but can't seem to find any info on the Disney site. I will be traveling in April. Thanks

Hi, Briana! I believe you may be thinking of Minnie's Seasonal Dining at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios. This is a unique character dining experience hosted by the ever-wonderful Minnie Mouse, with a theme that varies seasonally. This past January through March, the Silver Screen theme at this dining location reflected the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, complete with a red carpet entrance! The menu was a bit more upscale, featuring dishes such as creamy popcorn soup garnished with caramelized popcorn, bacon-wrapped pork loin, and lobster and shrimp macaroni and cheese. While I did not have a chance to experience one of these lovely evenings, I had several friends that did and was told they all had a grand time and were especially starstruck by the fabulous Minnie!

At this time, the theme at this restaurant is Minnie's Holiday Dine, featuring festively attired characters and holiday meal favorites. This theme will continue through January 6, and the next theme has not yet been announced. I suggest you stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog and the Minnie's Seasonal Dining page for announcements regarding upcoming changes. In the meantime, you will want to go ahead and make your Advance Dining Reservation for your visit. This is a popular dining location, so I would hate for you to miss out! If you are thinking of viewing Fantasmic! the evening after your meal, you may want to book your meal with the Fantasmic! Dining Package, which will give you access to a VIP viewing section.

Briana, I hope this information helps you plan your April visit. Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip.
