Hi! Can I use the minnie van service if I'm not staying at a deluxe resort? For example, can I take a minnie van from MK to Poly for a dinner reservation, even if I'm not staying at Poly?

    Hi, Carina!

I just got back from Walt Disney World and it was so fun to see the Minnie Vans zooming around property! I just wish I could take one home. Grocery shopping and running errands would be much more fun if I had one of those darling vans!

Minnie Van service keeps expanding, so stop by the Bell Services or Lobby Concierge desk at any resort to see if you can  hire a Minnie Van for your transportation. You will need the LYFT app so make sure to have that downloaded onto your smartphone. You do not need to be staying at a Deluxe Resort to use the service, but remember that this is still a relatively new service so it is expanding and changing all the time.

In your question, you asked about getting to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort from the Magic Kingdom. The good news here is that you are just a quick monorail or boat ride away between these two locations! No need for a Minnie Van in this situation.

If you have any transportation questions about getting around Walt Disney World during your stay, you will find many friendly Cast Members who can assist you so you can get to all your dining reservations, theme parks, and back to your resort in a jiffy!
